Sailors arriving in the harbor, and marina just 2 ½ blocks away, already have the word that Bizzotto's is the place to go.
The North Street Playhouse who has received national awards for its plays also has a series of international films. Season tickets are a must and frequently dinner at Bizzotto's is the normal evening plan.
Crisp linens, tin ceilings and walls filled with art are but a few of the charming attributes that will convey.
The full service bar also has espresso and lattes. Hopefully the new owner will continue the same quality of goods provided.
The kitchen is a perfect size for excellent control of prep station, clean up and service. Having been a professional chef myself I'd be thrilled to have such a well equipped kitchen. Salamander, double convention ovens, gas grill, deep fryer, 8 gas cook top. Under counter refrigerators, walk-in, computerized dishwasher, to name a few of the items that conveys.
The storefront window allows the diners to see the passersby and makes for excellent gallery display.
The gallery brings in 30-40k each year and the books will be available for the bar and food income at the scheduled viewing.
