This one of my very favorite kitchens ever. It measures 15' X 18', has recessed lighting, lots of windows, top of the line appliances, drawer in the cabinets, a Permanente slide out cutting board and bread box. Everything you can think of is here in this kitchen. There is even a pantry.
These hanging lights add a touch style which is found throughout the house.
Here is another shot of the kitchen showing the bar area. Note the sliding glass doors in the dinning area.
The living room is 20' X 23' with windows and more glass doors leading to the screened in porch. The high ceiling has a fan. There is recessed lightning in this room too.
There is a shell driveway winding around 3 outbuildings that have electricity. One building has an extra refrigerator that conveys. The yard has many beautiful bushes, trees and flowers.
I don't usually show bathrooms but I wanted to show that nothing has been left undone. The bathrooms are incredible. There is also a laundry room with a deep sink which measures 7' X 5'.
The foyer is quite wide with large closets on both sides. Everything is nice and tight making for very reasonable heating bills. The house has new oil forced hot air and air conditioning.
Nassawadox Creek is one of the largest creeks on the shore. Here we are right around the corner from the Chesapeake Bay. With a bench on the end of the dock you will want spend a lot of here.
Coming out of the hall way you can walk right through the kitchen to the living room. The door here has been widened to 4 times the size it was, allowing for a friendlier house with great flow.
The back porch is bigger than it looks because I was standing in the middle. Newly screened on 3 sides. Come on by and let me show you this wonderful waterfront house before it gets away.
