View from property at the entrance of town.
There is a open porch with a view to the backyard and this lovely old oak.
The building is approximately 32x40 with wood flooring that is quite tight and only need a light sanding and sealing.
I've had the structure inspected and its quite well done. I would recommend opening the ceiling up through the attic for more appeal and spacious feeling.
