Parksley is the town that our Cape Cod is on the edge of, which is a lovely Victorian railroad town.
Also the view of the town square. Its a steady Joe town, where business are not considered fancy but offering everyday fare at fair prices.
The kitchen is filled with light with a back door to the enclosed porch. I would change the location of the range and refrigerator so as to create a breakfast area which then would be surrounded by windows.
The sitting room 14 x 16 has lovely wood floors under the carpet that should go. The application of wood and lath on the ceiling is quite attractive and clever.
These ceilings are throughout the house.
Arches frame the hall between the kitchen, bath and one bedroom.
The windows are original to the house, true light and extremely well made. Here is one of the bedrooms, 12 x 14.
Here is a view of the enclosed porch and the rear view of house.
