While the photo makes the barn look a bit ruff actually the beams are impressive and the hay loft is suitable to store feed for a herd. Worth any efforts of restoration.
The corn crib only needs its old doors hung back up and is ready for use.

.The home is set perfectly on the land at least 1000' off the state road with complete privacy due to the stand of trees bordering the land.

.This is the door from the kitchen to the dining room. What I like most about the house is the fact that it hasn't been messed with and all the lovely trim work is in perfect condition, not a bit of rot anywhere. The etching work on the glass is marvelous and appears original to the house. The kitchen I estimate at 14 x 16 with an adjacent pantry of 6 x 10.

Here is a view of the sitting room with its heart of pine floors, plastered walls and fireplace. This room is filled with light and is 15 x 18. All the windows appear in good condition and while the house is in disarray really wouldn't be difficult to set this house straight. The floors only need a light sanding at best. There is an enclosed porch off this room. .

Here is the mantel in the dining room being 14 x 16 with a door leading to an enclosed porch. Actually the only disturbing thing is when the roof was replaced the chimneys where taken off, they are a must have, we have excellent masons who can replace straight away.

The home and outbuildings are set well off the road and the privacy and protection for you, your livestock and pets is marvelous.
