The property is in land use; hence the property taxes are only $385. per year. This can be changed if development is in mind, yet roll back taxes will have to be paid by buyer. The neighborhood is filled with established well cared for homes and farms.
A portion of the woods has been timbered. I'd build a home 1500' from the state road, then an in-door arena, grow only organic foods and fill the property with lovely animals.
