The kitchen measures 15 X 17 with dishwasher, electric range and large refrigerator. It is a bright, airy room with many windows and doors. The flooring is lovely with 5' pine boards.
I love the brick chimney and special historic looking windows. The living room has a particularly nice flow.
The yellow bedroom, 13 X 12 has a pull down stairs for the nearly finished second floor. Proper stairs can be added in the living room and perhaps at the end of the hall.
The owner may let this old poster bed in the blue bedroom go with the house.
The master bedroom measures 18 X 13 and has its own bath measuring 16 X 7.
Mature crape myrtle line the property giving it an historic feel. Come see all the color.
This good sized garage has a lean-to for fire wood and your mower. All in all, it is 22 X 14.
