Actually this room isn't dark at all suppose the results of this photo is due to me shooting towards the windows. This first floor sitting room with its 10' ceilings, gleaming oak flooring, original moldings and wood burning fireplace with gas log insert is 16 x 22.

Actually this room was the library in days gone by, presently being used as a bedroom with a full bath between this and the next bedroom. This room is 14 x 15.
The second floor has its own small kitchen with new refrigerator, paint, very bright, 10 x 12.
The second floor bedroom is a dream for needy storage people, for this room has on walk in closed and two side by side closets, and on more walk-in just outside the hall. Lovely!
The sitting room is a very comfortable size 12 x 22, filled with color, light and oak flooring.
Full basement, dry as a bone with utilities area and access from 1st floor interior and exterior.
While having up dates and repairs needed and accomplish, the house is original and in excellent condition.
The Seller is now placing the new screen on the freshly painted porch that scales the front elevations of the house.
The location is excellent for family life in general, since so close to town, shopping and schools.
