The town just had a dusting of snow the night before and the leaves have not show themselves. I'd imagine walking along this street in a months time and especially on a hot summers day, must be truely lovely, for the street is lined with massive pecan trees and all the homes and gardens are neat as a pin.
Set apart from the house accessed by the service road is the massive garage with workshop and a full attic with head room. This photo is from the back door of the home.

The family room has a fireplace with gas log insert, never designed for wood burning. The dimensions are 15 x18.
The kitchen is also 15 x 18 with gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The sitting room is 12 x 18 with an expanse of windows.
This room being 12 x 10 served as the Lady of the house work room, for she was a well know and admired seamstress. You can use as a third bedroom or what ever you like, it is very bright.
There are two bedrooms one having closet the normal size of two. It is 12 x 14 with excellent hardwood floors.
Here is the second bedroom and I'm quite sure under the carpets is wood flooring. This room is also a comfortable sizw, 12 x 12.
The entrance to the garage is by the service road and a back door leading to the house.
