The road titled Drummontown and more commonly known as Seaside road, is a well traveled road with speed limit of 35. Loucustville is one of the oldest towns on the eastern portion of our peninsula. The main street is lined with historical homes and a small beach is open to the public "Burton Shores" is just a mile away.

It became very popular straight away, but due to family matters the owner had to stop and now must sell. You'd find the watermen chatting with the weathly business men, or the ladies master garden club all enjoying a healthy meal and a good chat on any given day.

The kitchen is ready to roll with all equippment conveying. Really just needs a grill.

All the renovations complimented the orginial architecture of the building, shy of the stainless steel euippment, which is a must.
