Occohannock Creek goes out to the Chesapeake Bay. The house enjoys high elevation in a private location. Usually there is a great blue heron who clucks loudly when we come out. There is space for a dock on the left side. The depth is in significant but the view is marvelous. Great for small boats and little toes.

The kitchen and living room are open which keeps the cook from missing all the fun. Great for entertaining or just being together, the room has massive glass doors inviting the outdoors in. There is a brick floor and chimney in the corner for a wood stove or a gas stove.

20' X 27' are the measurements of this garage. It has doors huge doors on both sides, electricity, water and a closet with shelves. This might be a good place to clean the fish you just caught. Plenty of room for a large high boat or 2 or 3 cars.

Here is another view of the front of the house. Central hear and air, insulated well, very well maintained.

1 of 2 enclosed porches overlooks the creek. New screens all around make this location a very happy place. I would have many meals here.

The land in front of the house is a separate lot conveying with this sale. You are permitted to build a dock. And just across the creek is a really nice county boat ramp with deep water and large fishing pier called Morley's Wharf.
