Occohannock Creek goes out to the Chesapeake Bay. The house enjoys high elevation in a private location. Usually there is a great blue heron who clucks loudly when we come out. There is space for a dock on the left side. The depth is not significant but the view is marvelous. Great for small boats and little toes.
While you can only see part of the open porch which faces the creek there is another one as well that is enclosed. Plenty of room for tables and chairs here.

Vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/ living room give a feel of great airiness and calm. All the wood has been lightly sanded and ready for new owners. These 2 rooms keep the cook from missing all the fun. It's a great room for entertaining. The room has floor to ceiling doors/windows that seem to invite the outdoors in.
Can you see the brick floor and ceiling chimney? Your choice, woodstove or gas.
The land in front of the house is a separate lot conveying with this sale. You are permitted to build a dock. And just across the creek is a really nice county boat ramp with deep water and large fishing pier called Morley's Wharf. This photo was taken from the master bedroom window.
While the water views are expansive and wonderful the nature on the 2.65 acres can be enjoyed as well, especially from the porches. This is the front porch.
The boat house has running water and electricity and very high ceilings. There are two massive doors at the entrance and exit designed for boat storage. This might be a good place to clean the fish you caught.
And now, drum roll please,. Occohonnock Creek.
