The kitchen has brand new appliances with pretty stained glass lights and measures 18' X 15' with nice big windows and new linoleum. A very comfortable kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining and cooking at the same time.
This is one of the 2 sunrooms. It could serve well as an office as it attaches to the garage.
And here is the garage now. I believe it is 22' X 24' offering plenty of room any project or business you may in mind. This picture doesn't show the 3 windows that balance the door from the office/sunroom.
A stylish picket fence will protect your pets or your kids. Mature pines offer shade in the hot summer months making this a very comfortable area. The yard is a third of an acre and has many mature bushes, flowers and pines.
Here we have a charming little bookcase under the staircase. Again you can't see the floors, but they are pretty pine. Also there is a brick fireplace. (More pictures coming soon. If you can't wait I'd be delighted to take you into the house so you can see it all for yourself.)
