Looking down from the landing, lies the living room with it's fireplace and deck outside, a duck hunters dream this property has everything a sportsman could ask for.
Scanning for ducks in the distance. One can drive all throughout the property and don't forget the deer, turkey, dove and endless possibilities for wild quail.

The manager knows this property like the back of his hand and makes sure everything runs well by moving water around. He's essential to the clubs running well and will do a great job for the new owner.
