Formal dining room is fit for formal dinners of grandeur with it gleaming floors and bow windows. 16 x 19. Adjacent is a screened porch with wet bar, 10x 27.
Normally do not photograph the bathroom, yet this house the bathrooms are entertaining in a very Victorian matter. This is a ½ bath off a landing of 11 x 8 on the first floor.

11' ceiling, with floor to near ceiling height new cheery cabinets with matching side by side refrigerator. Granite counter tops with farm style porcelain sink and elegant fixtures. Actually the entire kitchen is new from floor to ceiling although it is in keeping with the architectural style of the home.
The breakfast room is filled with light and is adjacent to the kitchen is also the sun porch and utility room.
Shall we view the second floor. The stair well is comfortable for two people walking side by side.
Bow windows fill this guest room with light topped off with the high ceiling is most pleasant. 16 x 18.
