The entrance is well defined by landscape and brick walls. The roads are well built and all properties surveyed. One can easily enjoy the activities in the nearby town center of Cape Chares.
I'm doing my best to show you the high banks without taking a swim in the creek.

Approximately 1/3 of the property is of natural woods and the remaining is cleared. Lovely homes with a Coastal Living architectural style have been constructed. Majority of the building sites have new homes in place.
