The summers are cooler and the winters are warmer on Seaside, and the massive oaks and pines shading this well constructed home do there job adding to the mild conditions.
The sitting room, 16 x 22, with wainscoting, oak floors, wood burning fireplace is graced by two important features, a ever present Christmas tree and a sword fish.
The formal dining room 14 x 18 has wainscoting and oak floors as well, but more importantly are the lovely views of the gardens and the private bird sanctuary.

You'll have volunteers for washing up, for the view from the sink is of the private bird sanctuary. This day I saw hummingbirds, blue birds, black birds and a few others I can't name.

This sunroom allows for the sweet smells of the sea and the gardens. The south and north east breezes make this the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon for you and your favorite pal.

The master bath is heavenly with deep Jacuzzi, double sinks and shower stall.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and is 16 x 18. The windows allow for the room to be filled with the first light of the day.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor, 2 on each end of the house with a hall and full bath. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and quite roomy. This bedroom is 15 x 14.
One of the most charming features of a Cape Cod are the ceiling pitches on the second floor, as seen in this bedroom. 14 x 16
Every room is in perfect order. The entire house is quite airy, really no need for air conditioning except maybe a few weeks a year.
There is a guest entrance, which is the circular drive at the front elevation and here is the family entrance which leads to both of the garages and the carport.
There is a well stocked pantry near the kitchen, and a work shop.
