Across the creek is Davis Marina. The water is about 10' at low tide and goes right out to the Chesapeake. And now - the infamous Morley's Wharf! Wonderful fishing pier, 2 boat launches and, you can't see it but a private sandy beach which is kind to tender toes. Maybe that's the Best Thing.
The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen (picture didn't turn out) is a 6' X 8' utility room with almost new washer and dryer.
It's one of the biggest bathrooms I've seen with a raised, jetted tub and a separate shower.
Here is the kennel and dog house. I run Over the Moon Animal Rescue and when I see someone thinking about their animals like this, I think this is the Best Thing about the house. There is another building for crab pots and lawn mowers, etc.
