The comfortable home is sturdy construction of the late 40s with constant up-dating. The entire living space is on the second and first floor. Garage, workshop and utilty room on the ground floor.
The guest house features sitting room, kitchen and one bedroom ensuite. Set apart from the main house with views of dock and creek, yet not so distant that guest will feel alienated.

Verification of the creek name, shant say, yet logic indicates the name is quite well suited "Deep Creek" for it has a well marked channel from the Chesapeake with 5' at MLW. Mid-left in the photo is the boatyard, the best on the Eastern Shore with very kind owners.
Electric and fresh water is accessed at the 50' dock.
This farm with its seemingly endless shoreline has all the privacy in the world all the while being just 15 minutes to the town center of Onancock.
The home is so comfortable it invites one to stay awhile and enjoy all the peace and beauty. Here you see part of the sitting room and entrance to library and kitchen.

This adjacent room could be a breakfast room although present use is a library/office, rather prefer this.
Porches are the main stay of any proper house on the Eastern Shore and especially if they are screened. There is plenty of room for a crowd to enjoy evey meal here.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in the main home. This room is 12 x 12.
We call this room the master it is 12 x 16 with hardwood floors and sea breezes.
The quest house reflects the architectural style so admired on the Eastern Shore, Big House Little House.
If the quest stay too long then its important a fully equipped kitchen is available, this guest house has just that.

Wildlife pond is really very entertaining, for if you are ever so quite at dawn and dusk you will see all sorts of species
indigenous and migrating.
All 53 acres of grounds have been well identified with a clear purpose. I'd say this location is for those needed shady days.
The little red shed houses a good part of the garden tools.
The grounds are immense with the terrain having several attributes, from forest, mature gardens, massive trees and marshlands.
