The long time, well established, Onancock Marina and Port Scarbourgh bustle with boat traffic as fisherman and cruisers overnight. Harbor House has first sight views of all the activities.

480 square feet of porch encompasses the front and east elevations of Harbor House, allowing one to monitor the sailing and watermen's vessels and all the town happenings.

The elegant foyer (15 x 15) sets the ambiance of this quality home with its 10' ceilings, expansive staircase, and mahogany banister.

Enter through the French doors and one is greeted by the fireplace with its oak mantel and gas log insert. 15 x 18 room with oak floorings and beefed up molding that is typical of the Arts and Craft architecture.

We've just passed trough the pocket doors to this elegant dining room, suitable for many holiday parties to come. 15x20 with exits to the covered porch, pantry, kitchen and family room.

While being in keeping with the architecture this kitchen is completely new. The solid wood cabinetry was built by one of the Shore's best craftsmen, Kevin Daley. 15 x 15

Play space is at hand with this 14x16 family room, complete with entertainment center.

Normally do not photograph bathrooms, yet this is so cleverly restored.

The curved plastered walls are in perfect order, they are lovely to have.

Two people can go hand-in-hand while ascending the stairs, a bit romantic and handy as well. Let's go have a peak at the second floor.

The master bedroom is quite roomy being 15 x 18 with views to the north branch of Onancock Creek, the gardens and pool.

This bedroom is 15 x 19 with ample storage. All the painting and wall paper are completely new and this room also has a water view.

We are looking at the closest and entry door to the bedroom; I wanted to give you a view of the molding.

Here is the last of the three bedrooms on the second floor, 15 x 11 with views of the marina and the lovely little bridge across the road.

This rooom is located on the 3rd floor accessed through a proper staircase is my favorite room, 20 x 18. There is the perfect spot for a queen size bed just below this window where the best view of the harbor, marina and bridge exist. Next to this room is a floored attic.

View from the western portion of the property; see the bridge, many times called the kissing bridge. The house has a new in ground pool with water views and a detached garage and workshop. Taxes are $1,470.52 per year. Now isn't that sweet.
