Now here is the entry foyer. What an elegant room to greet your guest. It has a built in seat for you to take your shoes off if you wish and store them right inside. Notice how it has two doorways to other parts of the house. The larger door way takes you to the formal living room through French doors and the other is through the curved hallway that leads to the formal dinning room.

Here is the kitchen that has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets made by our local craftsman Kevin Daley. You can see a peek to the right of the photo, the back stairs leading up to the bedrooms.

The family room allows you to kick back and take it easy without disturbing the formal feel of the house.

Now lets head upstairs using the front stairs with room enough to hold hands with your special someone.

Here is the master bedroom. At 15' x 18' it is nice size to fit everything you need.

The second bedroom also is a good size at 15 x 19

The third bedroom, is bright with a view of the harbor across the street.

This is the view from the third floor room looking over the bridge to Mt. Prospect. Use it as a fourth bedroom or an office. There is an adjacent walk-in attic, approximately 10 x 38, you'll be able to hide your favorite horse.

The grounds boast a most productive persimmon tree, pecan tree and a massive magnolia along with select perennials. There is a slight water view of the North Branch of Onancock Creek. The well maintained pool is just a year old. .
