The upstairs bedroom measures 12 x 15 with private bath. The vista with 4 windows across the front of the house is spectacular any time of the year.
As you can see the down stairs bedroom has 2 closets and of course the pretty wood floors. It measures 12 x 10 and is right across the hall from a large full bathroom.
I love the high ceilings and the open staircase. You will want to walk slowly up and down the stairs so as not to miss the views of the creek.
There is an annual association fee of $450 a year which maintains the roads, fence, and dock. Slips at the dock on the shallow creek are $250 a year. Most home owners are not full time. There are 22 lots here at Folly Creek Club but many people own 2 or even 3 lots for roomy yards.
The kitchen measures 7x21 and has everything you could need. I like the gas stove rather than electric.
From the other end of the kitchen you can see a second door leads to a deck which is also a nice place for meals or just meditating.

This gazebo could easy fit a dinner table for six, then you could dine with nature and view the many shore birds playing in Follys Creek.
