There is a coffee station with full sink and ample counter space. The office area is well designed for all the needed business equipment of today.

You may put a second floor, the adjacent building with the blue awning which belongs to me and is getting a second floor shortly which will cut the cost for both buildings construction. I will be using mine for residential on the second floor and continue to use the first floor for commercial. The back portion of the building has approximately 1000 sq' of land which can be used to add on or for parking. Town parking lot is across the street. 1 ½ hour parking is on the street.
