The siding is aluminum and there is a new architectural tile roof. The home is set in the perfect location for maximum views.

Here is the old town dock where crabbers and fisherman still work the creek and sell their harvest. The fence marks the southern western portion of the property. Two more blocks and there is a new facility for deep draft vessels for temporary tie up and boat launch.

The grounds slope gently to Pungoteague creek which has a well marked channel from the Chesapeake Bay.

There are 3 winter porches with new windows or true light windows. The porch is adjacent to the kitchen which overlooks the water and town dock. There is an in ground concrete pool, being it was winter there was no water in the pool and will need a bit of paint.

The library which overlooks the water is 15 x 18 with wood floors and working fireplace.

This winter porch scales the front entrance of the house, and has all new windows.

The sitting room 18 x 20 has the old fashion thick knotty pine tongue and groove paneling. Under the carpets throughout the house is pine and heart of pine flooring.

While parts of the house have been updated over the years the majority is original. This photo is of the banister and foyer.

There is a 20 x 22 master bedroom on the first floor. You can gaze out to the water from bedside.

View from bedroom window.

The kitchen is 15 x 18 with dining area over looking the creek. The heating is all electric base-board and this space heater in the kitchen.

The best location in town.
