The south western view is the entrance of the bridge and Occohannock creek. Many say that you can't pass with a boat under the bridge, not true, you just can't have a tall bimini. Best to attempt at low tide. Then you'll have approximately 5 miles of splendid navigation before reaching the Chesapeake Bay.
The sitting room has 300 degrees of water views and new Anderson windows. Wood on the ceilings and the floors. This photo shows just half the room which is 30 x 24.
Here is the other half the sitting room.
The ceilings coupled with the beams and multiple fans give you a holiday feel. There is even a Umbrellas Palm tree at the front entrance.
The U kitchen functions well with side by side refrigerator, and electric range.
The kitchen window has a lovely view of the creek and bridge.
Each of the three bedrooms are 15 x 14 with wood floors and plaster walls.
Plenty of space for children.
