The Great Machipongo River is not extremely deep but it is wide and beautiful. You are permitted to build a dock so bring your crab pots and fishing gear when you buy this property. The shore line is kind to tender toes so turn the kids and the dogs loose.
As I said, the house needs a lot of work but look at this view from one of the kitchen windows.
I pulled up the carpet that has been protecting the old woods floors for years and you are going to like what you see. The wood floors can be found upstairs and down.
Here is one of the upstairs bedrooms.
This 2 car garage has sliding doors that work perfectly. There is a wonderful shop in the back, both have electricity.
