The barns leads to pastures which there are several and the barn has its own well and electric. The fencing needs repair, yet some of the electric fencing is in place. The pastures have water pumps. There are no known pestisides having been used on the property for many years.
This is one of the two barns which are connected to each other. With a bit of clean up and fence repairs, easily two weeks work and you could house over 20 horse The hay loft can hold a tractor trailer of hay and is quite dry with ample head room.
We are all enjoying early spring, the pastures are turning lush.
The pastures are presently being rented for crops which does pay the taxes in full. They rear of the property is bounded by woodlands that are 50' deep..
This path leads you through the gardens to the pond.

Boy it pays to own a lumber yard, when building your family home. Now this is quite an attic the floor boards are 1" thick and 1' in width set on the diagnale. While its wonderful to have such an attic it could also become additional living space.
Adjacent to the sitting room is this winter porch where the sunsets over the pasture while your horse are at play can be a daily experience. Presently the sitting room has been converted into a 1st floor master bedroom, which is quite a good idea.
