Now this is a very suitable chef's kitchen, JenAir gas range with convection electric oven, amble storage and pantry.
The butcher block counter is in just the right location. The kitchen opens to the breakfast room that leads through double doors to the deck where the majority of the meals are served.
Here is one of the views from the deck dining table. Birds of every description join the guest at the bird feeders and the mature trees that shade the deck. The breezes from the sea are truly delightful and quite common in this location.
I'm standing on the southern bedroom veranda taking the shot of the northern section of the deck.
While this was designed as the Master 1st floor bedroom, the Sellers enjoy using this room as a family room/guest room. There are double doors leading to the deck. Wood burning fireplace in perfect order. The room is 15 x 17.

This section of the three acres is fenced garden with raised beds and a compost maker.
Set well apart from the main home is this double car garage, with workshop and a second floor studio/guest cottage. It's all wired and installed.

Now the chicken do not officially convey but the coop does and it quite good with easy access through small door.
Not another house in site from the front view and only in the very far distance do you see another. Although there are a lovely set of neighbors down the lane, just not in site or ear shot.
Countryside, marshlands, water ways, islands and beach are all in view...
Keep in mind Guard Shore beach is just a bike ride away, the Sellers walk to the beach as a daily exercise plan. They have enjoyed 18 years in the home after their retirement and only selling since there children are insisting they move closer. They have had such a full life here in such peace, hopefully there new home will be just as lovely.
